 As you may know, the AWC is a non-profit organization, operating on limited funds. We are obligated to pay restaurants/caterers for our program reservations when we provide a guaranteed count. If you make non-paid reservations and do not show up, we are still required to pay that amount. We would appreciate your covering the cost of any cancellations, past the RSVP date, or no-shows by mailing in the amount to the AWC; this includes all reservations you made prior to the program. Your understanding and cooperation on this matter is greatly appreciated.
